A link on the intranet, Slack or Teams
Everyone who wants to take part signs up with their first name and email. Optionally, limit sign-ups to company addresses: the link can travel safely.
The whole company at once
The staff list as a CSV
Import an HR export (first name, email, language, site): everyone gets their personal link by email and confirms they’re taking part. Thousands of lines in seconds, and you never see those links.
At the office
A poster with a QR code
Print an A4 poster in your colours for the break room or reception: scan it, sign up. All the text can be edited.
Pricing
A one-off payment per event, based on the number of participants. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
- Every paid plan includes all business features: CSV import, several sites with one draw per site, a poster with a QR code, sign-ups limited to your domain, logo and colours, encrypted delivery addresses, reminders, an invoice in the company's name and no affiliate links.
- A real invoice, in the company's name and with VAT: for your expense report, HR budget or staff committee budget.
Prices exclude VAT: French VAT is added. EU companies with a valid VAT number: reverse charge, no VAT charged. Card payment via Stripe, in euros or your own currency (dollar, pound…); the invoice is emailed and stays available from the dashboard.

Neither the organiser, HR nor managers can see who gives to whom. Everyone only discovers their own draw.

Site and database at OVHcloud, error monitoring on our own server. Only email sending goes through SendGrid.
The bare minimum
A first name and an email per person. Last name, site and delivery address are optional. Everything is deleted 60 days after the exchange.
No ads, no tracking
No tracking cookies, no advertising, no affiliate links in business groups.
Links no one can guess
Everyone reaches their page through a secret personal link, never indexed by search engines.

Questions we get asked
Do employees need to create an account?
No. They sign up with their first name and email, then get a personal link. Nothing to install: it works on phones and computers alike.
Can the organiser see who gives to whom?
No. The draw is run on our servers and everyone only discovers their own: even if they take part, the organiser keeps the surprise. After the exchange, you choose to reveal everything to the group, or never.
Can sign-ups be limited to employees?
Yes. Enter your email domains (for example @northpole.com) in the settings: only those addresses can sign up with the link. You can still add a contractor or an intern yourself.
What if two colleagues share a first name?
No problem: colleagues see each other as “Mary S.”. Namesakes are told apart by their full name, or else by their site. Nobody sees a colleague’s full email address.
Some people work remotely or on another site?
Everyone belongs to a site, through the “Site” column of the CSV file or when they sign up. You then choose one draw across all sites, or one draw per site so everyone gives to a colleague they actually see. It’s included in every plan. People working remotely can give a delivery address, encrypted and visible only to their Secret Santa.
Someone drops out after the draw?
Remove them in one click: only one person gets a new recipient, everyone else keeps theirs. A latecomer can also be added after the draw.
How does payment work?
By card through Stripe, in one go. The invoice, in the company’s name with your VAT number, arrives straight away by email. EU businesses outside France with a valid VAT number: reverse charge, no VAT invoiced.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for the event, with no automatic renewal. Next year, you can re-run the group in one click, without repeating the same pairs.
Can we try before paying?
Yes. Create the group for free (up to 100 participants) and switch to the business plan whenever you like from the settings: sign-ups already made are kept.
Where is the data stored, and for how long?
In France, at OVHcloud. We keep each person’s first name and email, with their last name, site and delivery address (encrypted) when given, and the wish lists. Everything is deleted 60 days after the exchange. If you choose to run the group again next year, only names, emails, sites and pairs are kept, for 13 months at most.
