The secret is safe
Neither the organiser, HR nor managers can see who gives to whom. Everyone only discovers their own draw.
Hosted in France
Site and database at OVHcloud, error monitoring on our own server. Only email sending goes through SendGrid.
The bare minimum
A first name and an email per person, nothing more. Everything is deleted 60 days after the exchange.
No ads, no tracking
No tracking cookies, no advertising, no affiliate links in business groups.

Everyone reaches their page through a secret personal link, never indexed by search engines.

Pricing
A one-off payment per event, based on the number of participants. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
Every business feature is included in every plan.
Prices exclude VAT: French VAT is added. EU companies with a valid VAT number: reverse charge, no VAT charged. Card payment via Stripe; the invoice is emailed and stays available from the dashboard.
More than 1,000 employees or several sites?
Up to 5,000 participants per draw, one draw per site if you like, a single invoice. Write to us and we’ll reply with a quote.
Questions we get asked
Do employees need to create an account?
No. They sign up with their first name and email, then get a personal link. Nothing to install: it works on phones and computers alike.
Can the organiser see who gives to whom?
No. The draw is run on our servers and everyone only discovers their own: even if they take part, the organiser keeps the surprise. After the exchange, you choose to reveal everything to the group, or never.
Can sign-ups be limited to employees?
Yes. Enter your email domains (for example @northpole.com) in the settings: only those addresses can sign up with the link. You can still add a contractor or an intern yourself.
What if two colleagues share a first name?
No problem: they’re told apart by their email, for example “Mary (mary.smith@northpole.com)”.
Some people work remotely or on another site?
Everyone can give a delivery address, encrypted and visible only to their Secret Santa. For several sites, one draw per site is possible on quote.
Someone drops out after the draw?
Remove them in one click: only one person gets a new recipient, everyone else keeps theirs. A latecomer can also be added after the draw.
How does payment work?
By card through Stripe, in one go. The invoice, in the company’s name with your VAT number, arrives straight away by email. EU businesses outside France with a valid VAT number: reverse charge, no VAT invoiced.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for the event, with no automatic renewal. Next year, you can re-run the group in one click, without repeating the same pairs.
Can we try before paying?
Yes. Create the group for free (up to 100 participants) and switch to the business plan whenever you like from the settings: sign-ups already made are kept.
Where is the data stored, and for how long?
In France, at OVHcloud. We only keep a first name and an email per person, with the wish lists, and everything is deleted 60 days after the exchange.
