Secret Santa generator
The best-kept secret of the season.
Set up your group in a minute, share the link on WhatsApp and let chance pair everyone up. Not even the organiser knows who's giving to whom.
Hosted in FranceHow it works
Create your group
A name, a date, a budget. You get an invitation link and your secret admin link.
Share the link
In your family's or colleagues' WhatsApp group. Everyone signs up with their first name and fills in a wishlist.
Run the draw
Everyone opens their envelope and finds out who they're buying for, along with their recipient's wishlist.
Why Santamigo
The secret is sacred
Everyone only discovers their own draw. The organiser never sees the pairs, even if they take part.
No account, no ads
Secret links are all you need. No tracking cookies, and your data is hosted in France and deleted after the exchange.
Keep couples apart
Exclude the pairs you want to avoid. A latecomer or a drop-out? Only one person gets a new recipient.
Wishlists
Everyone lists their ideas, with links and prices. No more random presents.
Frequently asked questions
Is this Secret Santa generator really free?
Yes. For families and friends, Santamigo is free, with no account and no ads. A paid plan only exists for companies (large groups, logo).
Can the organiser see who drew whom?
No. Our servers run the draw and each person only sees their own recipient, on their personal page. The organiser sees who has joined and who has opened their draw, never the pairs.
Do I need to give my email address?
No, a first name is enough. An email is recommended to receive your personal link and find it again easily if you lose it.
How do I stop a couple from drawing each other?
Before the draw, the organiser adds exclusions, one way or both ways. The draw always respects them.
What if someone joins late or drops out?
No need to start over: the latecomer is slotted into the draw, or the person is removed, and only one person gets a new recipient. They're told, without the organiser knowing who.
How many participants?
From 3 to 100 participants for free, and up to 1,000 with the business plan. Beyond that, or for a company with several sites, it’s on quote.
Where is my data hosted?
In France: the site and its database are hosted by OVHcloud, and our error monitoring runs on our own server. Only email sending goes through SendGrid. Nothing is sold, and everything is deleted 60 days after the exchange.
